target.com Expands Assortment

target.com has expanded its online merchandise selection to include apparel and back-to-school items.

The target.com apparel collection allows shoppers to browse the most popular fashions from the Target-owned brands, including pieces from Cherokee and Merona as well as more unique, trendier items, like toggle cargo pants and fashionable denim jackets, from Utility and Xhilaration.

"Target is known for its trend-right apparel assortment and we are delighted to be able to showcase these offerings on-line,'' said Cathy David, general manager, target.com.

According to David, target.com also offers students heading back to school or college a full assortment of all the essentials, from backpacks to binders, locker gear to dorm decor.
